HOW TO REGISTERThe best way to register for the AALT Conference is ONLINE! You can register, choose your sessions and pay by credit card, online at the secure AALT web site. You can also make session selections online and choose the Pay later option. Mail your cheque to the address below. Once your payment is received your sessions will be secured. If you do not have Internet access or wish to register by mail, AALT Conference Conference check-in will take place at the Conference Information Desk located outside the Piper Creek Room. Conference Information Desk hours are: Thursday 4:00 to 9:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. SESSIONSAll sessions and Pre-Conference will be filled on a first come first served basis. SINGLE DAY REGISTRATIONSingle day rates apply to those delegates attending the Conference for one day. Daily rates include lunch as well as the sessions for that day. Please indicate which day you will be attending.EARLY BIRD RATES & BONUSTo be eligible for early bird rates you must register no later than MARCH 31, 2008.
FEESFull Conference fees include admission to all sessions and meals (except Friday evening meal). The President’s Reception on Thursday and the Saturday evening banquet will include a cash bar. Pre-Conference fees are additional. All cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee. No-shows can receive a refund up to 30% of fees paid with a written explanation of absence.
