ACCOMMODATION

Official accommodation for Conference delegates is available at the Red Deer Lodge. The Red Deer Lodge Hotel and Conference Centre is Red Deer’s Premier Three Star Hotel, located in the downtown core of Red Deer.

Our contracted room rates are:
Standard non-smoking 2 queen beds - $110.00;
Superior non-smoking 2 queen beds - $125.00;
Deluxe smoking 2 queen beds - $145.00;
Deluxe non-smoking 2 queen beds - $145.00; and
Standard non-smoking queen bed and sofa - $110.00.

Room rates are based on single and double occupancy. For each additional guest, add $15.

Conference delegates are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.

Check in time is after 3:30 pm. Check out on Sunday is 12:00 pm.

MEALS

All meals with the exception of the Friday evening meal, are included in the Conference fees. Additional AALT Saturday night banquet tickets must be purchased in advance. All other additional meal tickets for guests or family can be purchased seperately at the time of the conference.

If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns please specify them on the conference registration form.

FACILITIES

The heart of the Red Deer Lodge Hotel and Conference Centre is the indoor tropical courtyard with its spacious paths, skylights, benches and old fashioned lamps that grace the meandering walkway.
